Our inspectors visit factories across the world to check the factories for employee welfare and child labour practices. Goodada provides its clients with a detailed staff welfare Audit report. This report can demonstrate that the firm has an active policy of ensuring that its suppliers are not exploiting their employees.

One such Audit service is called a Social Audit. This Audit was created in 1989 by SAI (Social Accountability International). The purpose of SA8000 is to promote, develop and maintain socially acceptable workplace practices. While the standard targets all companies from any country, it is of particular importance in Low-Cost Producer countries where laws and cultures are not robust enough to protect employees from exploitation.

What is the process to order a Social Audit?

Step 1 - Customer places an order for a Social Audit on the Goodada Inspection website.

Step 2 - A Goodada Inspection coordinator will confirm the Audit and assign an inspection team to conduct the Audit.

Step 3 - Payment is made to confirm and book the Audit.

Step 4 - The Auditor will visit the Supplier and commence work on the Audit. It includes interviewing with staff in private.

Step 5 - After the Audit has been completed, the Goodada Inspection coordinator will review the report. Once the audit report has been approved, it will be uploaded and sent to you for your review.

Step 6 - If you have any questions or queries from the report, you can contact your assigned inspection coordinator, who can help answer any questions which you may have.
