Early Product Inspection are performed before your production begins, when about 20% has been completed. Inspection focuses on all machinery and materials to be used in your manufacture your order. Early Production Inspection is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent throughout production. If independent laboratory tests are required on materials, they should occur from this inspection. This inspection will also confirm that pre-approved suppliers and samples are being used.
This is the only stage where the materials can be checked to make sure that they meet your quality requirements. All inspections use the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) sampling size procedure.

As per standard inspection protocol Goodada inspect the following, but customers can also add additional request. We are also happy to tailor inspection checks so please ask for further details.
Step 1 - Customer fills out an online inspection request form.
Step 2 - Inspection coordinator confirms the inspection request and assigns an inspector to your inspection.
Step 3 - Customer makes payment for inspection.
Step 4 - Inspector then visits the factory and follows inspection protocol as per inspection order details.
Step 5 - Inspection coordinator will review and upload inspection report within 48 hours of inspection date.*
Step 6 - Client can download and review report, plus request a call back to discuss inspection report and result.
