Goodada offers the following types of Quality Checks.

Factory & Supplier Checks

Our Factory & Supplier Checks are requested by clients interested in sourcing products from a new supplier. This service is also used by clients who are experiencing difficulties with an existing Supplier. The verification audit will take place at the producer's premises in any of the countries we inspect. This audit aims to identify if the producer is a real factory with the means of correctly manufacturing goods to the standards that your market expects. Our inspector will also review the factory's production processes and procedures, such as quality control practices.

Finished Goods Inspection

A Finished Goods Inspection is conducted at your supplier's factory or warehouse when 80% of the order has been completed. This inspection is a visual check of specifications, quantities, dimensions, packing requirements, and shipping marks. During this inspection, any on-site testing can be conducted, or samples can be collected to be independently tested.

Loading Supervision

Our inspectors visit the factory to inspect your goods being packed onto trucks or into shipping containers. The inspectors confirm the quantities of goods loaded and have departed the factory. Your inspection report will contain images and feedback over the various stages of your goods loading process.

During Production Inspection

A During Production Inspection enables the inspector to visit the factory when they are making your products. During the visit, the inspector will check the goods and establish any issues of potential delays to your order. This inspection is very popular with clients experiencing delays to their order and are struggling to get a proper answer from the factory.

Raw Materials Inspection (RM)

A Raw Materials Inspection will check the different items used in the production of your order. The inspector can also check the machinery which the factory proposes to use for the production run. If you require any unique materials or components for your order, this inspection can check these.

Freight Insurance

Goodada's Freight insurance protects you when your goods transits from the factory to its final destination. The insurance also has facilities to cover the order's value and cover the cost of transport, government taxes, and duties, and even lost profit.
